• Each cottage is lovingly hand-crafted individually hand-painted making each one unique and different from the other. Finished with a top coat of Velspar project perfect matte to protect the house from moisture. ​​
• Once you have placed your order, which includes you being able to select the name of the cottage that will be inscribed above the entrance, construction will then begin. cottage will be shipped the same day as completion.
